Results of the national team selection exam for the 2025 international and regional Olympics - Lang Son Newspaper

The Ministry of Education and Training announced the results of the National Team Selection Exam for the 2025 International and Regional Olympic Competitions, revealing the candidates on the national team list for the subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Informatics. Team members continue to receive intensive training, best preparing for the upcoming International and Regional Olympic competitions.

From March 25 to 27, the Ministry of Education and Training organized the Selection Exam. national team compete in the 2025 International and Regional Olympics. This year's exam has the participation of 187 candidates from provinces and cities across the country, with 5 subjects: Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Informatics.

The results of the subjects are as follows:

Mathematics : 6 candidates selected to participate in the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO) 2025:

Physics : 8 candidates selected to attend the Asian Physics Olympiad (APhO) 2025:

Computer Science : 15 candidates selected to attend Olympiad in Informatics Asia-Pacific Organization for International Cooperation (APIO). The exam results were announced during the exam period and candidates have known the results since March 27.

The national team selection exam for international and regional Olympic competitions is held to discover and nurture young talents, representing Vietnam in international competitions. The achievements of the candidates not only affirm the quality of Vietnam's leading education but also create motivation for the movement of studying and scientific research among students nationwide.

The Ministry of Education and Training said it will continue to coordinate with relevant units to organize intensive review and training activities to help students best prepare for upcoming international and regional Olympic competitions.
