From the initial 200 members, after 5 years, Thanh Hoa City Business Association has gathered more than 500 enterprises in the organization. The "attraction" of the association comes not only from the work of protecting the rights and interests of enterprises, but also from the exchange and connection activities to promote cooperation and share experiences in production and business.

Thanh Hoa City Business Association visited the operating model of Thang Long Chemical and Equipment Joint Stock Company in Hanoi.

The program of visiting, exchanging and connecting members is identified by Thanh Hoa City Business Association as one of the key tasks and is organized periodically every month. Along with introducing businesses in the association about their business models, businesses are also exchanged experiences, given advice, and suggested directions and opportunities by the association's leaders for stronger development. Along with that, businesses also have the opportunity to expand, connect, and cooperate on input and output in their business models and chains.

Director of Thanh Hoa Architecture and Construction Joint Stock Company Le Thi Trang, shared: “Joining the association, we have the opportunity to introduce our company's products to customers. Currently, up to 70% of members have become our customers, and at the same time, they have introduced more relatives, friends, and partners to use our services when needed. Thanks to the prestige, product quality as well as deep connection with the association, it has created more support, helping us maintain revenue and have great growth from 2020 to present”.

As a relatively young enterprise in the market of supplying and installing elevators in Thanh Hoa, and the owner of the enterprise is from another province, AZ Electrical Engineering Elevator Company Limited (Thanh Hoa City) has quickly built a reputation for its products and services to create stable jobs for 50 employees with an average income of 12 - 13 million VND/person/month. The enterprise is also promoting the expansion of the factory to meet the installation and construction progress. Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company Tran Thiet Thich said: "In order for the company to have developed in recent years, in addition to the efforts of the enterprise itself, we have also had more development directions thanks to sharing and exchanging within the association. Along with that, investment promotion and connection programs from domestic to international have given us the opportunity to meet many large corporations, thereby promoting the aspiration and dream of building a stronger enterprise".

Up to now, Thanh Hoa City Business Association has expanded its scale of gathering and attracting members not only in Thanh Hoa City but also spreading its activities and attracting business members in districts, towns and cities in the province, and some businesses in provinces and cities across the country and abroad.

Thanh Hoa City Business Forum with the topic: "Construction market - Potential and challenges" attracted many interested members.

In particular, in 2024, activities to connect and support members will be implemented in a more diverse and practical manner. Not only stopping at visits and sharing cooperation opportunities, there will also be Thanh Hoa City Business Forum programs on each topic, associated with each industry, in each specific context.

A typical example is the first Thanh Hoa City Business Forum program held in March with the theme "Construction Market - Potential and Challenges". With their experiences in production and business, especially in the field of project investment, production and supply of construction materials, the guests participating in the forum provided the Thanh Hoa City business community in particular and businesses interested in this field in general with issues that are closely related to the production and trading of construction materials in the current context, such as: Sources of goods, market segments; regulations and notes on the supply of construction materials for public investment projects, as well as introducing opportunities for connection and cooperation in investment and business in this field for interested businesses.

According to the representative of the Thanh Hoa City Business Association, the activities to connect and support businesses in the future will continue to be researched, diversified, and suitable for each specific time. This is also an opportunity for the city's business community to share advantages and difficulties in the production and business process; propose that the association synthesize and make recommendations to authorities at all levels to remove difficulties in administrative procedures, business environment, specific obstacles in mechanisms and policies... to support businesses to develop together.
