Gia Vien District Party Committee thoroughly implements Directive No. 35 of the Politburo and documents on Party congresses at all levels.

On the morning of October 18, Gia Vien District Party Committee held a conference to disseminate and implement Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress and documents of the Central, the province, and the district on Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

Attending the conference were members of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, members of the Executive Committee of the District Party Committee; Secretaries of Party Committees and Party cells under the District Party Committee; Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of Party Committees of communes and towns in the district.

At the conference, Comrade Luu Thi Huyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, introduced Directive No. 35-CT/TW; Instruction No. 27-HD/BTCTW, dated August 26, 2024 of the Central Organizing Committee guiding a number of contents of Directive No. 35-CT/TW.

Comrade Luu Thi Huyen, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, introduced and guided the contents at the conference.

Accordingly, Directive 35 emphasizes the viewpoints, principles, goals, requirements, and specific regulations and instructions on personnel work, elections, and basic contents of preparing for Party congresses at all levels so that Party committees and organizations at all levels can thoroughly grasp, lead, direct, concretize, and organize implementation at their level, ensuring unity, synchronization, and tightness throughout the entire political system.

To specify Directive 35-CT/TW of the Politburo and Instruction No. 02-HD/TU, dated September 27, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee guiding a number of contents to implement Plan No. 432-KH/TU dated September 27, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee on Party congresses at all levels towards the 23rd Ninh Binh Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, the Gia Vien District Party Committee Standing Committee guides a number of contents to implement Plan No. 121-KH/HU dated October 11, 2024 of the District Party Committee Executive Committee on Party congresses at all levels towards the 23rd Gia Vien District Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

The guidelines clearly state the requirements, contents, and methods of implementation, and require Party committees at all levels to fully and thoroughly grasp Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo, the election regulations within the Party, the Central Committee's instructions, the Congress organization plan of the District Party Executive Committee; the Congress organization plan of the grassroots level and related guiding documents as prescribed.

Through the conference, Party committees, Party organizations, cadres and Party members in the entire district Party Committee were deeply and fully informed of important contents in the documents of the Central and the province on Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025-2030.
