Competition for excellent Party cell secretaries of Naval Region 4 in 2024

Taking place from August 26 to 28, more than 30 Party cell secretaries representing Party organizations in the whole region made great efforts to review and complete the 4 exam parts: Multiple choice, oral questions, practice writing resolutions, party work books; the exam content is all knowledge related to Party building work, party work, political work in tasks, directly the activities of Party committees and Party cell secretaries.

Colonel Nguyen Huu Minh, Deputy Political Commissar of Naval Region 4, delivered the closing speech.

The contest is an opportunity to properly assess the current situation of compliance with the Party building work order and regime at the grassroots level, as well as to assess the qualifications and capacity of the team of Party cell secretaries, thereby discovering new factors and exemplary individuals. At the same time, practical lessons are drawn to identify solutions to improve the qualifications, knowledge and capacity of the team of Party cell secretaries to meet the requirements of building a clean and strong Party cell according to the "4 goods" criteria in the new period.

In his closing speech, Colonel Nguyen Huu Minh acknowledged, praised and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility of the Organizing Committee and the Jury in organizing, operating, and marking the exam objectively and impartially, giving accurate scores to each candidate. The team of Party Cell Secretaries participating in the contest proactively studied, researched, and thoroughly and comprehensively grasped the Party's guidelines and viewpoints; Directives and Resolutions of the Politburo, the Central Executive Committee, the Central Military Commission of the Service and Region; and regulations and guidelines on Party building work. This is an important premise for Party organizations to successfully organize the Congress for the 2025-2030 term in the coming time.

The Organizing Committee awarded 1 First Prize, 2 Second Prizes, 3 Third Prizes and 6 Encouragement Prizes to the Party Cell Secretaries with high achievements at the Competition.
