Handing over relics and memorabilia of martyrs to their families in Khanh Hoa province

On the morning of April 10, in Nha Trang City, the Department of Social Policy, the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army coordinated with the Khanh Hoa Provincial Military Command to organize a ceremony to hand over relics and memorabilia of martyrs and soldiers who went to war and presented gifts to relatives of martyrs and outstanding people in the province. Colonel Nguyen Manh Hung - Head of the Military Rear Department, Department of Social Policy chaired the ceremony.

At the ceremony, the delegation of the Department of Social Policy handed over the relics and memorabilia of the four martyrs who died in the resistance war against the French to their families. The relics and memorabilia include: death certificates, personal notebooks, marriage certificates, merit plaques, gold jewelry, etc.

On this occasion, the delegation of the Department of Social Policy and the Military Command of Khanh Hoa province presented gifts to the families of 4 martyrs and 14 outstanding people in the province, with a total value of more than 41 million VND.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Manh Hung expressed his deep gratitude for the great contributions and heroic sacrifices of the martyrs; the contributions of the martyrs' families and those who have contributed to the cause of fighting for national independence. At the same time, he hoped that the martyrs' families and those who have contributed to the cause of national independence would continue to uphold the revolutionary tradition, always be shining examples for the younger generation to follow, and continue to contribute to building an increasingly rich and civilized homeland...
