In the first quarter, the Party Committee of the Bloc closely followed the assigned functions and tasks, focused on leading and directing the organization to successfully complete the assigned tasks. The focus was on implementing a political and ideological activity on the content of the article by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong in conjunction with studying the Special Topic on Studying and Following Ho Chi Minh's Thought, Morality and Lifestyle in 2024.

The Party Committee of the Bloc deployed the Action Programs to implement the Resolution of the 8th Central Conference, Session XIII; directed the effective implementation of the tasks of the Steering Committee 35 of the Party Committee. At the same time, implemented Project No. 19, dated August 29, 2023 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on improving the quality of Party member development in the Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee in the new situation; deployed the use of the software "Electronic Party Member Handbook" according to the Plan of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee; deployed the plan to organize annual thematic activities; selected content, assigned breakthrough and innovative tasks to the leaders of the Party Committee's departments, offices and mass organizations of the Bloc...

The Party Committee and Inspection Committee in the Party Bloc have led, directed and organized the implementation of inspection and supervision work; developed and implemented the inspection and supervision program for 2024.

In the second quarter, the Party Committee of the provincial agencies and enterprises continued to focus on effectively implementing 9 key groups of tasks. In particular, it continued to promote the organization of propaganda to celebrate major holidays and important historical events in the quarter; organized the study and dissemination of the Resolution of the 9th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee; led the branches and grassroots Party Committees to direct agencies and units to strengthen the implementation of administrative procedure reform and improve competitiveness.

At the same time, proactively advise on the implementation of programs and projects to implement the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress; speed up the construction progress of key projects; focus on disbursing public investment capital, collecting budget; promote inspection and supervision activities... contributing to the successful implementation of targets and tasks in 2024.

Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee awarded Certificates of Merit from the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee to outstanding collectives and individuals.

On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee awarded the Emulation Flag of the Provincial Party Committee to 2 grassroots Party organizations; awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Provincial Party Committee to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the period 2019-2023.
