Attending the training were representatives of the People's Committees at the commune level, business establishments in the city; Party cell secretaries, block heads, heads of the Front's working committee, mass organizations, heads of residential groups in An Thang and An Dinh blocks (Minh An ward) and Hoai Pho block (Cam Pho ward); representatives of business establishments, house owners on Tran Phu and Nguyen Thi Minh Khai streets.

The training content includes instructions on building “Standard business locations serving tourism” and building a “civilized and cultural lifestyle in business”; limiting common mistakes in commercial business activities; some prohibited behaviors and responsibilities of business organizations and individuals towards consumers.
