After reading the letter from the President to all teachers and students for the new school year 2024-2025, Master Tran Minh Phung, Principal of Cu Chi Vocational College, shared his thoughts with his students.

More than 800 students excitedly attended the opening ceremony on the morning of September 6.

Mr. Phung said that although they are in secondary school, they are still in their growing years and still need the attention and supervision of teachers and parents. Cu Chi is a suburban district of Ho Chi Minh City, so there are still many difficult circumstances and children who have left school early. The role of educators is to guide and create conditions for them to continue going to school.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Le Dinh Duc, Vice Chairman of Cu Chi District People's Committee, emphasized that vocational school students will become a highly skilled workforce, and the main task of students is to study and improve their skills.

"Absolutely do not fall into social evils. When discovering cases of law violations, you need to boldly denounce those cases of law violations. At the same time, learn how to protect yourself so as not to be taken advantage of by bad people" - Mr. Duc emphasized.

The leader of Cu Chi district said that the traffic accident situation is getting more and more complicated, many tragic accidents are happening. In the new school year, Mr. Duc asked students to strictly follow traffic safety, absolutely not to "push" three, weave, or swerve. Even when traveling with parents, students should not be subjective, must wear helmets to ensure safety.

In the new school year, the school will promote cooperation with businesses in vocational training, implementing the "Dual Training" model, bringing students to businesses for practice and internship to improve their skills. At the same time, it will cooperate with educational institutions to organize training from intermediate to college and university, creating conditions for students to improve their professional knowledge and practical skills.
