With over 50 years of experience in training in Architecture and Construction, as students of the Interior Design Department, Hanoi University of Architecture, young people inherit a foundation of knowledge in architecture and construction. That is the strength that makes the interior design industry at HAU special.
Multi-purpose space helps students experience many useful learning support activities.
According to Associate Professor, Dr. Architect Vu Hong Cuong (Head of the Department of Interior Design, Hanoi University of Architecture), the Department of Interior Design is one of the school's attractive majors, always attracting a large number of candidates to register each year.
This year, the aptitude test has expanded its enrollment to include H02 instead of just H00 as in previous years. This shows the important role of architecture, interior design, planning, and applied arts in the overall development of the country.
In addition to the Workshop training form - a form of learning that combines theory and practice, multi-dimensional information exchange and vocational training, recently, Hanoi University of Architecture held the inauguration ceremony of the Multi-purpose Space of the Faculty of Interior Design. This place is considered as the heart, helping to develop the best training activities and training support activities for students of the faculty as well as students of the whole school.
Not only is it a library of materials, equipment, and structures, the multi-purpose space of the Interior Design Department is also a place to screen academic films, organize talk shows, specialized seminars, and even become a stage for students to play their favorite music, helping to connect teachers and students as well as connect students and businesses closely.
The Workshops or Multi-purpose Spaces help add vivid “colors” to the faculty’s diverse training program. The multi-purpose space is a testament to the efforts of Hanoi Architectural University in general, and the Faculty of Interior Design in particular, along with the support and companionship from businesses to help students enjoy the most diverse, useful and practical forms of learning.
The Faculty of Interior Design is also a gathering place for lecturers with in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm, who will help students be equipped with comprehensive and complete knowledge. Here, teachers are the ones who guide and inspire students positively, with the motto "teaching is learning twice". Interior designers are also people of technology, because modern interior design requires the application of many technologies but still ensures harmony with the creativity and thinking of the designer.
