Care for and perfect existing products
Phu My NPK fertilizer is produced using the most modern European technology, overcoming the disadvantages of NPK produced using conventional technology, because Nutrients and chemical components according to the formula are all "packaged" in a fertilizer granule , so when fertilizing, Plants absorb nutrients evenly and in balance. At the same time, this technology of Phu My NPK helps the nutrients in the fertilizer particles to bond tightly and hold together, thereby reducing evaporation and leaching, thereby increasing the efficiency of fertilizer use, helping farmers increase economic efficiency.
On the basis of modern technology application , The production operation team always thoroughly understands and strictly implements the overall control and management of product quality in all stages of product creation. The input materials used for Phu My NPK production are high- quality materials self-produced by Phu My Fertilizer Plant (ammonia, urea...) or imported from large, reputable suppliers in the world. Regarding quality control and nutritional content, each batch of input materials as well as output products are sampled for analysis, " weighed and measured" by the Quality Control Department to ensure independence and objectivity in accordance with legal regulations and high standards of PVFCCo. Thanks to that, the nutrient content in Phu My NPK is always consistent and ensures the declared standards .
The stage that the production team is most concerned about is the form and physical characteristics of the product because in the early stages of operating the factory , although the product ensures nutritional standards , it still does not meet the diverse and specific tastes in Vietnam. The production team Take the trouble to find the cause, research solutions, be open-minded, connect with the business sector to gradually improve , increasingly enhance the form and quality of the product . For example, in product packaging, the brothers have established and practiced the packaging process with detailed and much higher requirements than before to meet the diverse characteristics of many types of volume, many formulas, many types of packaging of high-grade mixed fertilizer.
Up to now, PVFCCo has launched nearly 30 Phu My NPK formulas and products to the market.
New products from understanding the fields
In addition to perfecting existing products, PVFCCo also actively launches Phu My NPK products with a frequency of at least 1 year/1 new product line. These new products are the crystallization of the close coordination process between research, production, business, between the production capacity of the Factory and the needs of farmers and fields.
We can tell the story of Phu My NPK - microbiological line, a mixed inorganic NPK fertilizer containing beneficial microorganisms, pioneered by PVFCCo in production and supply to the market. The idea of this new product started from understanding the desire of farmers to have a mixed inorganic fertilizer product that not only ensures high productivity for crops but also has the effect of improving the soil, is convenient, suitable for the conditions and level of cultivation in Vietnam.
Scientific research results show that the most suitable, effective, and breakthrough solution that meets the maximum desire is to add beneficial spore-like microorganisms to inorganic NPK mixed fertilizer granules to decompose cellulose, insoluble organic compounds, and residual post-harvest by-products in the soil, making the soil fertile and porous... But this is a very difficult problem, many times more difficult than adding microorganisms to organic fertilizers because inorganic mixed fertilizers are a salt combination.
Therefore, PVFCCo has worked hard and persistently with authorities, experts and partners from the US Biowish Group to test the addition of microorganisms of the Bacilus spp. strain. into inorganic Phu My NPK, conducted testing on a number of key crop groups in Vietnam such as industrial crops, fruit trees with high economic value... and gave very outstanding results, was granted a Decision to recognize circulation, fertilizer code by the Plant Protection Department and the Factory has successfully produced, launched on the market since 2022. Over the past two years, the reality in the areas using this new product line has shown that: Phu My NPK granules containing these microorganisms not only provide nutrition like conventional NPK, at the same time, the microorganisms in the fertilizer granules have proliferated, developed in the soil environment, decomposed organic matter and by-products, making the soil fertile, porous, well-water-retaining, the root system develops, improves the soil towards sustainable development, crops grow and yield with high productivity and quality of agricultural products.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Lien (Loc Thang Town, Bao Lam, Lam Dong) is happy with her garden that achieved high productivity when using Phu My microbial NPK product.

It is gratifying that over the years, the lines and pages of recognition, satisfaction, encouragement and trust have increased, which is also the motivation for production staff to strive every day.
