Completing the Duy Hai Urban Master Plan

The provincial leaders assigned the Duy Xuyen District People's Committee to direct the Duy Hai - Duy Nghia General Planning consulting unit to receive and study proposed drainage solutions to have a plan to organize space and synchronous technical infrastructure.

The plan must take into account increasingly extreme climate changes to increase the drainage capacity of the area by maximizing the expansion of water retention and storage areas in Thay Huyen stream, Bau Tram, and Trung Phuong port.

In addition, it is necessary to calculate in detail and specifically the drainage basins in accordance with the general orientation of the entire urban area (area, basin, drainage capacity...); strengthen drainage plans along Vo Chi Cong street in sync with the Duy Xuyen - Thang Binh coastal construction master plan being prepared by the Department of Construction.

At the same time, urgently complete the Duy Hai - Duy Nghia Urban Master Plan project and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and direction in November 2024.
