Nam Dinh From 3pm, Coach Philippe Troussier answered questions about the Vietnamese team's preparations for the friendly match with Syria tomorrow, June 20.

To prepare for the match against Syria, Coach Troussier selected 30 players, including seven U23 players, from both the national team and the U23 team. Before the match, he will shorten the list to 23 players.

This will be the second friendly match of the Vietnamese team under the French coach. In his debut match - against Hong Kong at Lach Tray Stadium on June 15, the team won 1-0 thanks to a penalty by Que Ngoc Hai, but did not leave much of a positive impression. Despite having more possession of the ball, the Vietnamese team did not create many scoring opportunities and only escaped defeat thanks to goalkeeper Dang Van Lam shining and the ball finding the goal three times after shots by Hong Kong players.
