Mr. Le Van Vinh, owner of the Neo market management company, said: On an area of 6,763m2, in addition to building items such as the operator's house, the guard house, the surrounding fence, the underground drainage system in the market, the company has invested in new items such as building 8 rows of main market buildings, and auxiliary market buildings. Each business area is separate for each group of goods. Between each area there is a 5m wide concrete walkway, convenient for moving around and buying and selling. The market has 148 stalls and 48 kiosks (of which, the area of each stall is 12m2, the kiosk is 16m2). The company has invested in building 3 separate parking areas for customers, permanent sellers and transient sellers, helping sellers and buyers to park and retrieve their vehicles quickly and conveniently when entering the market. In general, the items in the market are invested and built to ensure compliance with the criteria of a class 3 market.
Neo Market has been recognized as a food safety and hygiene market since 2018, is a large market of the district, a major supplier of agricultural products and food in the region.

The investment in market infrastructure contributes to completing the criteria of rural trade infrastructure in the construction of new rural areas, advanced new rural areas, and model new rural areas of communes in the district. At the same time, it contributes to the socio-economic development of the district in general and of each commune and town with markets in the conversion roadmap. In particular, in the conversion of market models, the State budget does not have to invest.
