Surprising capital in businesses related to Hang Du Muc and Quang Linh Vlogs

A series of famous TikTokers who livestream to sell millions of orders such as Quang Linh Vlogs and Hang Du Muc all opened their own companies and even had businesses that they "invested" in to set up.

According to data from the national business registration system, Chi Em Rot Group Joint Stock Company, headquartered in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City, was established in November last year.

The abbreviated name of the above enterprise is CER Group, with initial charter capital of 5 billion VND.

The founding shareholder structure includes: Mr. Pham Quang Linh - aka Quang Linh Vlogs contributed 13.67% of capital, equivalent to more than 683 million VND; Ms. Nguyen Thi Thai Hang (aka Hang Du Muc) contributed 25%, equivalent to 1.25 billion VND.

In addition, the list of founding shareholders also includes Mr. Le Tuan Linh (contributing 15%), Ms. Pham Thi Nhat Le (13.66%), and the rest is Mr. Tran Chi Tam...

The legal representative of Chi Em Rot is Mr. Le Tuan Linh (born in 1989). Notably, just 1 month after its establishment, Chi Em Rot increased its capital from 5 billion VND to 15 billion VND. Shareholder information was not included in the capital change notice dated December 11, 2024.

In addition to the above joint company, Hang Du Muc is also related to his personal brand company, Hang Du Muc Entertainment LLC, headquartered in Thu Duc City.

Hang Du Muc Entertainment registered 29 different business lines, of which the main business line is the production of movies, videos , and television programs. Mr. Le Tuan Linh is the legal representative and owner of the business.

Notably, according to registration at the Ho Chi Minh City Business Registration Office, Hang Du Muc Entertainment has a charter capital of only 50 million VND.

It is known that Hang Du Muc's real name is Nguyen Thi Thai Hang, born in 1995, from Ca Mau. This hot Tiktoker is known to the online community through short videos sharing about nomadic life, exploring lands in China by mobile car. To date, Hang Du Muc has up to 6 million followers on his personal Facebook and TikTok platforms.
