Immediately after receiving feedback from businesses, the General Department of Customs urgently determined the cause and organized work with related businesses to ensure stable operation of the VNACCS/VCIS system, facilitating businesses' import and export activities.
Based on working with businesses, the General Department of Customs has deployed technical and professional measures. Accordingly, by 0:00 on November 25, the VNACCS/VCIS system was operating normally.
Previously, through inspection, the General Department of Customs determined that the main reason why the VNACCS/VCIS system was overloaded at many times was due to the sharp increase in the number of low-value declarations sent via express delivery service to the system.
According to statistics from the General Department of Customs, the number of low value import declarations (MIC) registered to the VNACCS/VCIS system in the 15 days of November was more than 10 million declarations.
The number of MIC declarations sent to the system is too large, causing the system to spend a lot of resources and time to receive, process data and respond to businesses.
This causes the VNACCS/VCIS system to be overloaded, greatly affecting businesses operating in the fields of trading, processing, manufacturing, exporting... because they cannot register import and export declarations or cannot get feedback on declaration information on the VNACCS/VCIS system.
