In the first quarter, the Youth Union at all levels effectively implemented many volunteer activities associated with the "Winter Volunteer - Spring Volunteer" Program and Youth Month. Many meaningful works and projects were carried out such as building 1 school, 2 charity houses, 5 bridges, 8 "Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful - Civilized - Safe" roads, 15 toilets for students, 3 boarding houses. At the same time, more than 2,000 gifts and nearly 30,000 cups of milk were donated with a total benefit of more than 6 billion VND.

In addition, the Provincial Youth Union coordinated with the Provincial General Hospital to organize a voluntary blood donation program, receiving 172 units of blood. Youth economic models applying science and technology continued to be maintained. In the work of the Youth Union, the Youth Unions creatively implemented many digital models such as "Digital Youth Union Activities" and "Small Plan Young Bamboo Market 4.0".

In the movement "Youth volunteers to protect the Fatherland", Bac Kan youth actively participated in border-oriented activities. The Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee attended the program "Spring Border Guard - Warming the hearts of the villagers" at Ly Van Border Guard Station (Cao Bang), presenting 20 gifts to policy families and disadvantaged households in Ly Quoc commune with a total value of 15 million VND. Pac Nam, Cho Don, Bach Thong units, and Bac Kan city also visited and presented gifts to the sister Border Guard Stations and supported students and families in difficult circumstances.

The activities of exchanging and meeting new recruits before leaving for military service were organized in a rich and practical manner, creating an exciting atmosphere for new recruits to join the army. On this occasion, the Youth Union at all levels presented 371 gifts to new recruits.

In addition, the movement to support youth economic development continues to be promoted. Currently, the province maintains 80 cooperatives, 46 youth cooperative groups and more than 500 youth start-up models. The Youth Union and Young Pioneers at all levels have mobilized resources to build 1 boarding house, 4 kitchens for students, 2 "Red Scarf" houses, 1 children's playground, 1 solar power project, and many learning support equipment with a total value of more than 2 billion VND.

Speaking at the Conference, Provincial Youth Union Secretary Trieu Tien Trinh highly appreciated the results achieved in the first quarter, especially Youth Month 2025. He also encouraged cadres and union members to be confident and continue to contribute to building a strong Youth Union organization.

On this occasion, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 8 collectives and 10 individuals with outstanding achievements in Youth Month 2025. The Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union commended 7 collectives and 6 outstanding individuals in the Program "Winter Volunteer 2024 - Spring Volunteer 2025"; The Organizing Committee presented gifts to delegates and 15 gifts to children in difficult circumstances in Pac Nam district./.
