Hai Duong handles 401 violations in Bac Hung Hai irrigation system

Leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development inspected the actual situation of handling violations of the Bac Hung Hai irrigation project in Tu Ky district.

According to Bac Hung Hai Irrigation Works Exploitation One Member Co., Ltd., this is the processing result as of early October 2024.

After conducting a review, there are still 784 violations in the Bac Hung Hai irrigation system in Hai Duong. Of these, 327 violations occurred before the Law on Irrigation took effect (from July 1, 2018), the rest were violations that arose later. Based on the provisions of current law and assessing the level of violations based on the actual situation, Bac Hung Hai Irrigation Works Exploitation One Member Co., Ltd. proposed to keep the status quo of 275 violations. At the same time, it requested competent authorities to handle and clear up 52 violations that occurred before the Law on Irrigation took effect and 457 violations that arose after the law took effect.
