Representatives of the provincial Veterinary Department inspected vaccination work at poultry farms.

According to the provincial Department of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, localities in Hai Duong have vaccinated more than 1 million doses of disease prevention vaccine for livestock. The vaccination rate reached over 70% of the total herd, ensuring mass immunity for livestock, protecting livestock from common diseases.

Localities have injected 68,400 doses of classical swine fever vaccine, 68,240 doses of erysipelas vaccine into pigs; more than 820,000 doses of avian influenza vaccine into poultry. In addition, more than 44,450 doses of rabies vaccine into dogs and cats and nearly 9,220 doses of erysipelas vaccine into buffaloes and cows have been injected. Owners of large-scale livestock farms have organized vaccinations for their livestock.
