Ha Tinh has 116 wards and communes establishing military party cells.

As of December 22, 166/216 communes in Ha Tinh province have completed the establishment of commune-level military party cells.

According to information from the Organizing Committee of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee, as of December 22, 166/216 communes in the province had completed the establishment of commune-level military party cells. Of which, Hong Linh town, Nghi Xuan, Duc Tho, Huong Son, Huong Khe, Vu Quang, and Loc Ha districts are localities with 100% of communes and towns establishing military party cells. Ky Anh town and Ha Tinh city strive to complete this content by December 2023; the remaining localities are expected to complete the establishment of commune-level military party cells by the end of March 2024.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Cam Vinh commune (Cam Xuyen) held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Commune Military Party Cell for the 2023-2025 term.

After establishment, the commune military party cells develop working regulations, work programs, inspection and supervision programs, and assign tasks to party members of the party cell; at the same time, review and consolidate the party cell committee and continue to lead and improve the quality of activities of the established commune military party cells.

The establishment of a commune military cell aims to strengthen the Party's leadership over the militia and self-defense forces and reserve mobilization forces in the new situation; to strengthen the direct and absolute leadership role in all aspects of the Party Committee over the armed forces at the grassroots level, helping the grassroots Party Committee and government to lead and effectively carry out military work in the locality.
