The Hanoi People's Committee has added 18 projects with a total area of 491.57 hectares in Me Linh district to the 2024 land use plan.
Recently, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong signed and issued Decision No. 3940/QD-UBND on adjusting and supplementing the 2024 Land Use Plan of Me Linh district.
Accordingly, the Hanoi City People's Committee decided to adjust and supplement the list of Land Use Plans for 2024 and the targets of the Land Use Plan for 2024 of Me Linh district in Decision No. 423/QD-UBND dated January 22, 2024.
Specifically, the adjustment and supplement to the 2024 Land Use Plan of Me Linh district includes 18 projects, with a total area of 491.57 hectares, of which the name and legal basis of the project in the 2024 Land Use Plan are 2 projects.
Adjusted project area in the 2024 Land Use Plan is 2 projects, total project area after adjustment is 442.43 ha. Supplemented Land Use Plan 2024 is 14 projects, with area of 47.8 ha. Adjusted land area in 2024 includes agricultural land of 7,307.16 ha; Non-agricultural land of 6,721.17 ha; Unused land of 100.93 ha.
Adjust the land recovery plan for 2024 including 926.85 ha of agricultural land; 50.82 ha of non-agricultural land; Adjust the land use conversion plan for 2024 from agricultural land to non-agricultural land 1,135.19 ha; non-agricultural land that is not residential land to residential land 45.89 ha. Adjust the number of projects and areas recorded in Clause 4, Article 1 of Decision No. 2078/QD-UBND dated April 19, 2024 to: 191 projects with a total area of 1,775.24 ha.
Other contents stated in Decision No. 423/QD-UBND dated January 22, 2024; No. 2078/QD-UBND dated April 19, 2024 of the City People's Committee remain valid.
