Regulations on functions, tasks and organizational structure of 3 Medical Centers

On March 14, the Hanoi People's Committee issued 3 decisions on regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Medical Center under the People's Committee of Me Linh district; regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Medical Center under the People's Committee of Dong Da district and regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Medical Center under the People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem district.

Accordingly, the Medical Center under the People's Committee of Me Linh District is a public health service unit directly under the People's Committee of Me Linh District. The District Medical Center has legal status, its own head office, seal, and account opened at the State Treasury and the Bank in accordance with the law. The District Medical Center is under the comprehensive management of the People's Committee of Me Linh District; subject to the direction, guidance, inspection, and examination of the expertise, techniques, and profession of the Department of Health and specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Hanoi City in accordance with the law.

Me Linh District Medical Center has the function of providing professional and technical services in preventive medicine, medical examination, treatment, rehabilitation, reproductive health, food safety, population, and other medical services according to the provisions of law; directly managing commune and town health stations and regional polyclinics in the area.

Me Linh District Medical Center performs 18 groups of tasks; the organizational structure includes a Director and 2 Deputy Directors, 3 functional departments: Department of Administration - Organization - Finance; Department of Planning - Professional Affairs; Department of Population - Communication and Health Education and 3 specialized departments: Department of Disease Control and HIV/AIDS; Department of Laboratory and Diagnostic Imaging; Department of Public Health and Food Safety. In addition, the District Medical Center has 17 commune and town health stations and 2 regional polyclinics: Thach Da Polyclinic; Dai Thinh Polyclinic. The Director of the District Medical Center specifies the functions, tasks, organizational structure of the departments, offices and equivalents under the unit according to the regulations of the City People's Committee and the provisions of law.

The Medical Center under the People's Committee of Dong Da District is a public health service unit under the People's Committee of Dong Da District, with legal status, headquarters, seal, and separate accounts opened at the State Treasury and the Bank in accordance with the law. The Medical Center is under the direct direction and management of the People's Committee of Dong Da District in terms of organization, human resources, operations, finance, facilities, and state management; under the guidance of expertise, techniques, and profession of medical and population units at the city and central levels in accordance with the law.

Dong Da District Medical Center has the function of providing professional and technical services in preventive medicine, medical examination, treatment, rehabilitation, reproductive health, food safety, population, and other medical services according to the provisions of law; directly managing ward health stations and other organizations under the Medical Center in the area.

Dong Da District Medical Center performs 18 groups of tasks; the organizational structure includes a Director and 2 Deputy Directors, 3 functional departments: Department of Administration - Organization - Finance; Department of Planning - Professional Affairs; Department of Population - Communication and Health Education and 4 specialized departments: Department of Disease Control and HIV/AIDS; Department of Public Health and Food Safety; Department of Testing and Diagnostic Imaging; Department of Counseling and Treatment of Addiction. In addition, the District Medical Center has 17 Ward Health Stations, 3 polyclinics: Polyclinic No. 1; Polyclinic No. 2; Polyclinic No. 3 and 1 maternity home.

Bac Tu Liem District Medical Center is a public health service unit under the People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem District. The District Medical Center is under the comprehensive management of the People's Committee of Bac Tu Liem District; under the direction, guidance, inspection, and examination of the Department of Health and specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Hanoi City in accordance with the law.

Bac Tu Liem District Medical Center has the function of providing professional and technical services in preventive medicine, medical examination, treatment, rehabilitation, reproductive health, food safety, population, and other medical services according to the provisions of law; directly managing ward health stations and Chem polyclinics in the area.

Bac Tu Liem District Medical Center performs 18 groups of tasks; the organizational structure includes a Director and 2 Deputy Directors; 3 functional departments: Administration - Organization - Finance Department; Planning - Professional Department; Population - Communication and Health Education Department and 5 specialized departments: Department of Disease Control and HIV/AIDS; Department of Laboratory and Diagnostic Imaging; Department of Public Health and Food Safety; Department of Counseling and Addiction Treatment; Department of Pharmacy - Medical Supplies and Equipment. In addition, the District Medical Center has 13 Ward Health Stations, 1 Chem General Clinic.
