With the topic "Research on some measures to increase interest in swimming practice for children aged 8-10", Anh Vien hopes to apply her research into practice in teaching swimming to children, thereby creating a movement to love swimming activities, contributing to reducing drowning for children.

Singer Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhan (stage name Tan Nhan) also makes many music lovers admire because she is not only famous for her folk music but also highly appreciated by experts when she successfully defended her doctoral thesis on the topic "Training high-quality Vietnamese soprano voices" in 2019.

Through this thesis, singer Tan Nhan (currently Deputy Head of the Vocal Department, Vietnam National Academy of Music) hopes to convey basic knowledge about high-end music to contribute to training many singers to master soprano - a female voice with the highest range of all voices.

At the age of 27, athlete Anh Vien won the first prize in the National Student Scientific Research Competition in the field of Sports; at the age of 37, singer Tan Nhan successfully defended her doctoral thesis. It can be said that these are two examples worth learning for women working in the fields of sports and music about the spirit of overcoming difficulties, making efforts to study thoroughly to have a solid knowledge base, continuing to contribute more in their fields of activity and, more broadly, contributing more to the country and society.

Not too long ago, the social psychology and awareness of a part of the community had an unfavorable view (if not unreasonable prejudice) when talking about athletes and singers. Those who pursued sports careers were considered "big-shouldered and muscular", "big-legged football players, hollow-cheeked athletes...". Those who were attached to singing were easily labeled as "unscrupulous singers", "flashy makeup". Of course, this short-sighted, inhumane view, although not as severe as before, has not completely ended in society.

Meanwhile, there is also a reality that a number of athletes and singers, after becoming famous in sports arenas and on music stages, have not proactively, actively, and diligently pursued the path of studying and basic training in formal schools, therefore, their talents gradually fade over the years and their names are easily "sunk" over time.

A world celebrity once concluded: Success is 99% due to hard work, hard study and only 1% due to God's gift. Vietnamese people have a saying "Mountains can be eaten by mouth". From this saying, no matter how gifted or talented someone is, if they do not study, cultivate and enrich their knowledge, they will be dulled; and if they want to survive and develop long-term and sustainably, they must persevere in training and diligently study to have a deep knowledge of culture - knowledge - professional expertise. The motto "Study, study more, study forever" will never be old, never redundant for everyone, every component of society, especially in today's civilized era.

From the above story, it is thought that educators and managers need to have a systematic strategy in discovering, selecting, nurturing, training, using and rewarding appropriately so that talents in the fields of sports and music continue to have the opportunity to contribute, mature, and contribute more merit and achievements to the industry and the country.
