Anh Vien returned to her hometown in Can Tho to celebrate Tet with her family.

Recently, Anh Vien shared a photo of her return to her hometown in Can Tho to celebrate Tet with her family and relatives. "No matter how difficult and hard it is out there, just returning home, all fatigue seems to disappear," shared the golden girl of swimming in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. Returning to her hometown, the 28-year-old girl with a bright smile helped her parents decorate the house, cook, take care of the garden, ready to welcome a warm and happy Tet with her family.

The female swimmer who won 25 gold medals at the SEA Games also left a rustic image when riding a bicycle around the neighborhood. She also compared her mother buying her a bicycle to compete in the Ironman (triathlon) this year. At the end of last year, Anh Vien unexpectedly competed in the DNSE Aquaman Vietnam with 2 triathlons (500m swim, 5km run), so it would not be surprising if she entered the Ironman in 2025.

Anh Vien will swim 2,025 m on New Year's Day 2025

"Little mermaid" Anh Vien made an interesting revelation: "This year is 2025, so I will swim 2,025 m on the first day of the year," Anh Vien confided. Anh Vien also explained the reason for swimming on the first day of the year in a humorous way: "I go swimming, if I get wet, money will flow in like water (laughs)". The monument of the Vietnamese swimming village also advises everyone to go swimming regularly to stay healthy, and those who don't know how to swim should go to swimming lessons. She herself also actively participates in programs to popularize swimming and prevent drowning in communities nationwide.
