The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting said that this afternoon (November 12), a cold air mass will affect the Northeast region, then the Northwest and North Central regions, and then the Central Central region. The Northeast wind inland is strong at level 3, coastal areas at level 4-5, gusting at level 6-7.
From tonight, the North and North Central regions will turn cold with the lowest temperature of 16-19 degrees Celsius, the mountainous areas of the North will have some places with severe cold of 13-16 degrees Celsius. The high mountainous areas will have some places below 12 degrees Celsius. At the same time, many places will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally with moderate to heavy rain.
The meteorological agency warned that thunderstorms accompanied by tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong winds could affect agricultural production, cause trees to fall, damage houses, traffic works and infrastructure.

From the afternoon of November 12, Bac Bo Gulf has strong northeast wind level 6, then gradually increasing to level 7, gusting to level 8-9. Waves are 2-4m high, sea is rough.
In the North East Sea (including the Hoang Sa archipelago), the Northeast wind is strong at level 6-7, sometimes level 8, gusting to level 9. Waves are 3-6m high, rough seas. From November 13, the sea from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai and the north of the central East Sea will have Northeast winds gradually strengthening to level 6, gusting to level 7-8. Waves are 2-5m high, rough seas.
People should be on guard against strong winds and large waves at sea that could affect boat operations and other activities.
