On the afternoon of December 10, the Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province chaired a conference to agree on a plan to arrange and streamline the organization of specialized agencies under the People's Committee of the province.

Mr. Nguyen Van Toan, Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province, requested agencies and units to step up propaganda and thoroughly grasp the spirit of streamlining the organizational apparatus according to the direction of the Central Government so that cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers continue to uphold the sense of responsibility in their work.

The Department of Home Affairs of Hoa Binh province is assigned to preside over, coordinate, and streamline the provincial administrative apparatus.

Leaders of the Department of Home Affairs of Hoa Binh province presented contents related to the plan to arrange and streamline the organization of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee.

Delegates attending the conference expressed their agreement and sympathy with the policy of merging and streamlining the central and provincial apparatus. Leaders of departments and branches discussed and supplemented a number of affiliated units that have not been fully listed; proposed a plan to merge a number of departments, offices, and units of departments and branches with the same functions and tasks, etc.

Thereby, Mr. Nguyen Van Toan requested the heads of departments, branches and sectors of the province to uphold the spirit and responsibility to implement the Central's policies.

At the same time, the Department of Home Affairs of Hoa Binh province is assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments and branches to implement the plan. Departments, branches and units will proactively review and fully report on assets and have specific proposals.
