Quang Tri Police Director joins the Provincial Party Standing Committee

At the conference, comrade Phan Van Phung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Organization Committee, announced the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat on appointing Colonel Vu Van Dau, Director of Quang Tri Provincial Police to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; Decision of the Standing Committee of Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee to appoint him to join the Party Executive Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial Police Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Long Hai congratulated and expressed his confidence that Colonel Vu Van Dau, together with the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, will contribute to leading, operating and building the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee to become increasingly stronger.

Colonel Vu Van Dau gave a speech accepting the assignment.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Vu Van Dau thanked the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Party Committee, the Party Committee Standing Committee, and the leaders of Quang Tri Provincial Police for their trust, attention, support, and facilitation.

Colonel Vu Van Dau promised to be determined to fulfill his role and responsibility in participating in leading and directing the political tasks of the province, especially in ensuring security and order to serve the cause of local socio-economic development; promote the exemplary responsibility of the leader, focus on democracy, strengthen solidarity and unity within the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Provincial Police Department to continue to lead and direct the entire Party Committee and the Provincial Police force to carry out and excellently complete the assigned tasks in the new situation.
