At the same time, the People's Committee of Phuoc Son district was requested to base on the progress and remaining construction volume of the project to negotiate and sign a contract appendix to adjust the contract implementation time to ensure that it does not exceed the project implementation time approved by the Provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 2313; promptly complete the entire project, accept it and put it into use, and promote investment efficiency.
