Vuong Loc Commune (Can Loc - Ha Tinh) has just received the decision to recognize it as meeting advanced NTM standards according to Decision No. 2292/QD-UBND dated September 13, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee.
Chairman of Vuong Loc Commune People's Committee Nguyen Minh Vy said: "The total resources of nearly 93 billion VND for Vuong Loc to build advanced new rural areas have been mobilized from 2016 to present. Of which, the provincial budget is more than 16 billion VND; the district budget is nearly 20 billion VND; the commune budget is more than 14 billion VND, the rest is the contribution of the people, businesses, children living far from home and sponsoring units".

The locality has deployed many items and projects to build new rural areas and advanced new rural areas. In particular, in 2022 - 2023, the whole commune paved 6.2 km of communal roads and inter-village roads; poured 7.2 km of new concrete roads on village and alley roads; built 6.8 km of new drainage ditches in residential areas, 14.4 km of flower beds with trees; planted 820 new shade trees along the roads; poured 4.5 km of concrete roads in the fields and many other items.

Along with investing in consolidating school criteria and grassroots cultural institutions, in recent times, Vuong Loc commune has also promoted the movement of building model residential areas, creating motivation and a competitive atmosphere among villages and households. With thousands of working days, up to now, the whole commune has had 10/11 villages meeting the standards of model new rural residential areas.
