It is forecasted that in the next 12-24 hours, the water level on Hoang Long River at Ben De and Gian Khau will change slowly; at Ben De, it is likely to fluctuate at 4.90-5.10m.
According to the scenario, the flood prevention plan on Hoang Long River has been approved. However, according to the forecast of the Hydrometeorological Agency, the flood peak on Hoang Long River at Ben De in the next 12-24 hours will fluctuate at 4.90-5.10m.
According to information from the Ninh Binh Hydrometeorological Agency, the water level on the Hoang Long River is showing signs of slowing down, but is still above alert level 3, and the weather situation remains complicated.
Following the direction of the Ninh Binh Provincial Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Control, agencies, units and forces on duty must not be subjective, need to continue to closely monitor weather developments, and implement plans to be ready to handle situations that arise. Mobilize forces to continuously patrol and guard the dikes to promptly detect and handle risks of unsafe dike routes; support and take good care of people's lives.
To grasp information about the flood situation and the direction and management of flood prevention and control work in Ninh Binh province, cadres, party members and people, especially people in flood-divided and flood-slow areas, need to closely monitor flood forecasts from hydrometeorological agencies, directives from Party committees, authorities and the Steering Committees for Flood and Storm Prevention and Control at all levels, strictly comply with the direction of competent agencies, avoid panic or subjectivity, negligence and loss of vigilance.
