In FPT's development orientation in the field of artificial intelligence (AI), Chairman Truong Gia Binh emphasized the urgent task of comprehensively training all employees in AI, regardless of job position, to increase productivity and efficiency. From there, the program "Popular AI" was built and deployed by the Group's Board of Directors and FPT Academy (FCU) for all FPT employees.
According to the plan, each employee will participate in at least one AI course and apply AI to work to improve performance, aiming to complete before June 30.

To achieve this goal, FPTers can choose to learn about AI and AI applications through a variety of methods. FPTers can participate in AI or Generative AI courses on Udemy and international MOOC platforms.
In parallel, FPT also developed an internal training system with the "AI Application" course on eLearning built by FPT Academy. During the period from March 3 to March 31, it is expected that 6 micro-learning courses will be produced to guide AI applications for non-tech groups. Currently, the first course, AI for the masses - AI application in word processing and content editing , was published on March 6. FPT people can join right here .
In addition, employees can also participate in the AI in Office course developed by FPT University on the Coursera platform. Along with online courses, FPT also organizes specialized workshops on AI applications to improve work efficiency in each industry and department, helping employees easily apply this technology to their work.
