Close to people, close to reality

For more than 10 years, the Happy Family Club of Dai Phu village, Dai Nghia commune has been a bright spot in the movement to build cultural life and grassroots mass mobilization work.

Thereby contributing to spreading a good lifestyle to the community, building happy and prosperous families. With the achieved results, the Club was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in 2023".

The model of "Close to the people, close to the people in ensuring political security - social order and safety in Dai Hong commune" is also a typical example of "Skilled mass mobilization" that needs to be replicated.

From the model, the masses provided information to help the police force receive and resolve 33 cases - 63 subjects. The commune police consolidated files to transfer to the district police investigation agency dozens of cases related to dozens of subjects; consolidated files to handle according to regulations 15 cases - 22 subjects.

From another valuable source of information, the Commune Police force coordinated with the District Police to successfully destroy a location for illegal drug trading, storage, and use in Ngoc Thach village...

In Dai Lanh commune, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune has deployed the model of "Coordinating with religious establishments to propagate and mobilize religious people to participate in environmental protection in the commune" which has had a widespread effect in the locality.

In 2021, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune coordinated with the Pastor and the Executive Board of Dai An Protestant Church, Dai Lanh commune to organize instructions on waste classification at source among Protestant followers right at Dai An Protestant Church; in addition, the Commune Front distributed 150 shopping baskets to reduce the use of plastic bags.

In 2022, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune coordinated with Tay An Pagoda to organize a propaganda session on plastic waste classification at the pagoda, distributed 120 shopping baskets to people; gave Buddhists living at the pagoda 50 trash bins...

Replication in practice

According to Mr. Nguyen Huu Vinh - Head of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Dai Loc district, over the past 15 years (2009 - 2024), the emulation movement "Skillful Mass Mobilization" in the locality has been launched and widely deployed.

The district has 234 “Skilled Mass Mobilization” models registered for implementation. Of these, 75 models are in the economic field; 88 models are in the cultural and social field; 28 models are in the defense and security field; and 43 models are in the field of building the political system.

The whole district has 47 collectives and 9 individuals who have been commended and rewarded by all levels in the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization". It is worth mentioning the model "Sharing rice" of the Women's Union of Dai Hoa commune, which was commended by the Central Propaganda Department for its outstanding activities and commended by the Dai Loc District Party Committee for implementing Directive No. 05.

The model "Promoting the role of the political system in preventing drugs and social evils" of the District Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee was commended by the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee.

The model of "Management, education, and helping people who have made mistakes reintegrate into the community" of Dai Hiep Commune Police was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Director of Quang Nam Provincial Police in 2022 and a Certificate of Merit by the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province in 2023...

According to Mr. Nguyen Huu Vu - Standing Deputy Secretary of Dai Loc District Party Committee, we will continue to propagate and widely launch the emulation movement "Skillful mass mobilization" among cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, soldiers, union members, association members, and core forces.

“The models of “Smart Mass Mobilization” need to originate from the practical life of the people, and be maintained and nurtured by the support and participation of the people.

Organizations and individuals are responsible for regularly staying close to the area, grasping the task performance of subordinates, promptly discovering new factors, orienting and supporting the movement.

“Innovate propaganda work, share good practices and effective models directly or indirectly through the application of information technology, focusing on the regularity and timeliness of experience sharing...” - Mr. Vu said.
