On the way back to Hanoi after the Tet holiday, Tieu Linh's family was suddenly attracted by the vast mombasa grass field along the Ho Chi Minh trail. The whole family got out of the car to rest, the two daughters ran around everywhere, enjoying the endless green, knee-high grass clumps, the red basalt dirt road running through the green, and the fresh air. Being fond of taking photos, Tieu Linh's husband took out his camera to take pictures of his wife and daughter. Some family photos were taken by his sister-in-law who came along.

The photos posted on Tieu Linh's husband's Facebook received many "likes" and compliments from friends.
"Everyone asked me where I checked in because it was so beautiful. Actually, I wasn't surprised. When I saw these grassy slopes, I was so fascinated that I couldn't leave even though it was late. The deeper I went, the more beautiful it became. While taking pictures, the children's father said, "Not every place has fields as beautiful as this. If you go to Europe, you'll probably only get to this extent." The children were excited because "Mom's hometown has such a beautiful place." Engrossed in taking pictures, it was almost midnight when our family arrived in Hanoi" - Tieu Linh said.

Tieu Linh is originally from Nghia Khanh commune, Nghia Dan district. Every year she returns to her hometown to take pictures of the hundreds of hectares of sunflower fields, but it was only this time that she discovered the quiet yet enchanting beauty of the endless grasslands of her hometown.
Minh Son, a photographer in Hanoi, commented: "I have experienced taking photos here. The grassland is very large, in the distance there are a few large, lonely trees, so the overall scene is quite "chill". The tall grass slopes interspersed with newly cut grass create many streaks, many layers, the color tones have a certain transition, quite interesting".
TH Group employees also often choose romantic or "cool" check-in corners on the grasslands.
The mombasa grassland that Tieu Linh's family and photographer Minh Son are interested in has an area of about 2,300 hectares, according to information from the representative of the owner - TH Group. In 2020, the World Record Union recognized TH as having "The world's largest high-tech concentrated farm cluster with a closed production process", one of the elements that made the record is this mombasa grassland. Although mombasa is a grass variety grown in many countries for raising cattle and dairy cows, there are few places where it is grown intensively on such a large area as in Nghe An. TH true MILK's agricultural experts had to develop a separate harvesting process (protocol), because there has never been any sample harvesting process in the world for such a large mombasa field.
The alternating old and new patches create layers of color and unintentionally enhance the beauty of the grassland.
The representative of the fresh milk producer TH true MILK added that the Mombasa grassland is part of the total 8,100 hectares of raw material growing area of the TH Group's Dairy Cow Farming and Milk Processing Project with a total investment of 1.2 billion USD. The raw materials include corn, sorghum, sunflowers, and grasses (collectively called green raw materials) supplying 3 factories and a livestock feed production center serving nearly 70,000 TH dairy cows.
The herd consumes about 2,000 tons of feed every day, mixed with 12-15 types of raw materials, of which green raw materials account for the majority. And of the total amount of green raw materials, TH grows about 70% itself, the rest is purchased from local people and imported. These raw material fields are the starting point of a closed process with 12 strict steps to produce TH true MILK fresh milk - a national brand of Vietnam and reaching the world.

Visiting and checking in at the TH farm's grasslands at the right time of the season (sowing, harvesting), you may enjoy the "huge" performance of agricultural machinery applying the world's leading modern and highly automated technology: large capacity tractors, automatic seeders; combined machines that both cut and grind grass with the ability to harvest 6-8 hectares/hour, hay production system with giant grass cakes up to 500kg/cake.
TH's "super" machinery creates an "eye-catching" agricultural landscape in Nghia Dan, Nghe An.
Phu Quy Plateau in Western Nghe An has become a promising destination for travel enthusiasts for many years. After TH Group invested in a high-tech dairy farming and processing project here, the potential of the red basalt land was truly "awakened". Along with modern factories are areas growing grass, corn, sorghum, and sunflowers of hundreds and thousands of hectares. Standing in the middle of Phu Quy, many people feel like they are in the middle of a steppe in Europe or a dairy farming powerhouse.
This place adds another option for backpackers and travel enthusiasts, a new and promising check-in spot, besides famous destinations of Western Nghe An such as Sang Le forest, Puxailaileng peak, "Vietnam's second Sa Pa" - Muong Long or must-see destinations such as Pu Mat National Park,...
These impressive machines of TH have long become a special attraction for many tourists coming to Nghia Dan. With a length of nearly half a kilometer, the giant dragon-like arm at the foot of Tien Mountain can water millions of square meters at a time. Currently, TH has 15 irrigation systems like this.
Grass is bagged and left on the field waiting to dry enough to be brought to the "5-star kitchens" to serve TH true MILK's nearly 70,000 dairy cows.
Every year in April or November when the weather is hot and dry, TH workers will make hay briquettes. At that time, if you have the opportunity to go to Nghia Dan, you can see images like in some agricultural powerhouse in Australia, Russia or Europe: Square hay briquettes as big as half a house or round as big wheels lying still on the vast steppe, next to them are hay briquette machines running loudly...

And once or twice a year, TH farm will plant sunflowers from around November of the previous year to January of the following year (right on the occasion of New Year's Day and Lunar New Year). Over the past 15 years, the hillsides of hundreds of thousands of hectares growing sunflowers or mombasa grass - an important link in the green, circular production chain of TH true MILK, seem to have become a symbol of high-tech agriculture in Nghe An and the whole country, and also become an attractive destination for travel enthusiasts, nature lovers and those who love sustainable agricultural models and environmental protection.
