The colorful "Echo of the origin" opens the Hung King's death anniversary

The program has the participation of more than 300 artists and singers from Phu Tho province art troupe and performing units.

In his opening speech, Vice Chairman of Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Hung Kings' Commemoration Anniversary Organizing Committee Nguyen Huy Ngoc said that within the framework of the Hung Kings' Temple Festival and the Ancestral Land Culture and Tourism Week this year, Phu Tho province will organize a series of unique cultural, sports and tourism events.

In particular, the art program "Echoes of the Roots" will be an important highlight, not only bringing impressive art performances, but also becoming a bridge connecting the past with the present, the roots with the development of the country.

The smooth Xoan melodies are performed at the art program.

The opening of the art program were the songs: Country - Mother Au Co, Land of Ancestors - My hometown's nursery rhyme, the game of i a given by heaven... recreating the image of Saint Giong's horse's hoof passing through the hundreds of ponds and marshes left behind, and ninety-nine elephants contributing to build the land of Hung King's ancestors.

Through the singing and dancing performances, it is like reminding every Vietnamese person, wherever they go, to always turn to their ancestors' roots, like the spiritual flow in their hearts, the two words "Ancestors" have become the roots, the Hung King culture has become the culture that originates the unique and special cultural values ​​of the land of the ancestors.

Next is the song and dance performance: Phu Tho, a countryside - Walking in the bright sky, Viet Tri welcomes the dawn... affirming that Phu Tho is the land of the ancestors, the cradle of Hung King culture. After thousands of years of history, Phu Tho today is considered a cultural museum of the Vietnamese people, with extremely deep and bold imprints, a rich and diverse system of tangible and intangible cultural heritages associated with the Hung King era.

Many performances praised the natural beauty and friendly, hospitable people of Phu Tho.

Evidence is the two cultural heritages of Hung King worship and Phu Tho Xoan singing recognized by UNESCO as Representative Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. That is the moral tradition of “When drinking water, remember its source”, strengthening the great national unity and honoring the cultural values ​​of the Hung King era.

The Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Tho province affirmed that the Cultural-Tourism Week of the Ancestral Land is an opportunity for the province to introduce to domestic and foreign tourists the unique beauty of the land of origin: the sacred Hung Temple, the rustic Xoan singing, the immense Long Coc tea hills... All blend into a vivid picture of nature and culture, captivating people's hearts.

The performance shows the spirit of solidarity between ethnic groups and tourists when returning to the land of King Hung.

The Hung Kings' Commemoration Day and the Cultural-Tourism Week of the Ancestral Land in the year of At Ty 2025 are organized by Phu Tho province. In which, the ceremonial activities are organized solemnly and respectfully, imbued with the cultural traditions of the Vietnamese people; the festival activities bear the mark of the Hung Kings' cultural era.
