Gia Vien currently has 279 relics approved by the Provincial People's Committee in the inventory list, of which 55 relics are ranked at provincial and national levels (including 13 national relics and 42 provincial relics). Mr. Nguyen Huy Nghia, Vice Chairman of Gia Thinh Commune People's Committee, said: Gia Thinh Commune has 5 art clubs (including Cheo Club, Senior Art Club, Intergenerational Club). To promote the activities of the art clubs, the commune has supported training equipment and partially supported the budget of 2-3 million VND/year for the clubs to maintain regular activities; increase the organization of activities to celebrate the Party, celebrate spring, and major national holidays.

In particular, Gia Thinh commune has Kenh Ga tourist area. In recent years, the commune has included cultural and artistic activities in community tourism activities to develop local tourism.

To take advantage of resources and develop cultural tourism, Gia Vien district is choosing the most appropriate and effective direction. First of all, the district is interested in developing art clubs, preserving and restoring the values of local cultural heritage. Promoting and linking culture with tourism development through typical local characters and symbols.

Gia Vien promotes cultural tourism development — Lien Son commune folk song and cheo singing club practice.

Mr. Pham Van Tinh, Vice Chairman of the Lien Son Commune Folk Song and Cheo Club, said: The club was established in December 2018, initially with 10 members, now increasing to 35 members. The club maintains two monthly meetings, serving the political tasks of the locality, the district and the people in the commune.

In order to improve the quality of its activities, the Club has invited professional artists and musicians to instruct and tutor members in performing traditional musical instruments and traditional Cheo melodies professionally and methodically, becoming an active factor in the locality's cultural and artistic activities.

In the past time, the club has received financial support and training conditions from the commune. Along with that are the contributions and support of benefactors and members of the club, helping the club operate regularly. The club won the A prize at the Provincial Mass Arts Festival in 2022 and the A prize at the Provincial Senior Singing Competition in 2023.

With the orientation of linking the development of cultural and artistic movements with the development of tourism orientation, accompanying the socio-economic development of the district, Gia Vien District has had many specific policies and instructions for related sectors and localities, such as: Assigning the district's Department of Education and Training to establish art clubs in schools, building the program "Reed Flag Dance" to perform reed flag dance as a typical art program of Gia Vien District, recreating the image of King Dinh Tien Hoang in his youth, thereby promoting to the people and tourists to understand more about King Dinh's homeland.

Along with that, promote the development of Cheo art clubs, traditional musical instrument clubs, build in association with economic development orientation, create jobs, generate income for people through community tourism models associated with local cultural and artistic movements.

Implement cooperation expansion programs to have more partners, more children of the homeland agree, support, and sponsor, helping clubs have conditions to invest in facilities for development.

Gia Vien District also pays attention to organizing training for local people, Women's Union members, music teachers, and students who love arts to learn to sing Cheo, Xam and use traditional musical instruments, thereby maintaining the factors and art clubs in local cultural tourism activities.

To facilitate the development of art clubs, every year, in addition to mobilizing financial contributions, the district provides cultural career resources to units and localities, and at the same time integrates other career resources such as building facilities, infrastructure of village cultural houses, installing Internet lines, purchasing computers, and smart TVs to serve the activities of art clubs.

Recently, implementing the policies of the Party, the State and the orientation of the province, the Party Executive Committee of Gia Vien district has issued a Resolution on tourism development with the orientation of preserving and promoting local cultural values associated with green tourism.

With the strength of the district as the land of origin, the land where King Dinh Tien Hoang was born, Gia Vien district orients to develop routes and tours to find the origin associated with heritage areas, creating a satellite chain around the Trang An Scenic Complex.

Currently, Gia Vien district has formed 3 routes and tours, including: "Green Van Long Tourism", "Following the Footsteps of King Dinh Tien Hoang" and "Finding the Origin of Saint Nguyen".
