On the London floor, at 4:00 p.m. on February 19, 2025, Robusta coffee prices increased slightly compared to yesterday, increasing by 40 - 47 USD/ton, ranging from 5,609 - 5,738 USD/ton. Specifically, the delivery price for March 2025 is 5,738 USD/ton (up 40 USD/ton), the delivery price for May 2025 is 5,721 USD/ton (up 41 USD/ton), the delivery price for July 2025 is 5,678 USD/ton (up 44 USD/ton) and September 2025 is 5,609 USD/ton (up 47 USD/ton).

In contrast, at the end of the trading session, Arabica coffee prices on the New York floor had a trading session with a decrease compared to yesterday. Specifically, the March 2025 delivery period was 419.00 cents/lb (down 0.75 cents/lb), the May 2025 delivery period was 405.25 cents/lb (down 2.15 cents/lb), the July 2025 delivery period was 390.30 cents/lb (down 3.10 cents/lb) and the September 2025 delivery period was 376.80 cents/lb (down 3 cents/lb).

At the end of the trading session, the price of Brazilian Arabica coffee continued to increase slightly, recorded as follows: The delivery period for March 2025 was 504.80 USD/ton (up 3.20 USD/ton), the delivery period for May 2025 was 502.75 USD/ton (up 4.30 USD/ton) and the delivery period for September 2025 was 479.50 USD/ton (up 4.60 USD/ton). In particular, the delivery period for July 2025 was 491.75 USD/ton (down 4.10 USD/ton).

Domestic coffee prices rise again

According to information from Giacaphe.com, at 4:00 p.m. today, February 19, 2025, domestic coffee prices have turned up, currently at an average of 132,500 VND/kg, an increase of 1,000 VND/kg compared to yesterday.

The highest purchase price in key areas of the Central Highlands was recorded at 132,500 VND/kg. Today's coffee prices in the Central Highlands provinces all increased by 1,000 VND/kg. Specifically, today's coffee price in Dak Lak is 132,500 VND/kg, in Lam Dong is 130,800 VND/kg, in Gia Lai is 132,500 VND/kg and in Dak Nong today is 132,500 VND/kg.

The domestic coffee prices that Giacaphe.com lists every day are calculated based on the prices of two world coffee exchanges combined with continuous surveys from businesses and purchasing agents in key coffee growing areas across the country.

Domestic coffee prices today (February 19) ranged from 130,300 to 132,500 VND/kg, with Robusta prices on the London floor increasing by 40 USD/ton, reaching 5,738 USD/ton, while Arabica prices on the New York floor decreased by 0.75 cent/lb, down to 419 cent/lb.

Forecasts for February 20, 2025 indicate that coffee prices may continue to trend slightly upward, especially for Robusta, due to limited supply and stable demand. However, Arabica prices may fluctuate due to speculative activities on the New York market. Therefore, coffee industry experts note that these forecasts are subject to change depending on market developments and other economic factors.
