Specifically, this establishment traded in goods of unknown origin; traded in chemicals with restricted production and trading in the industrial sector without a license for industrial production and trading as prescribed; violated regulations on affixing imported wine stamps on imported wine products with an alcohol content of 5.5 degrees or higher; organized entertainment activities outside of the 8-24 hour period every day.

Thereby, temporarily confiscated 6 N2O gas cylinders (laughing gas), 10 sisha cylinders, 54 bottles of alcohol; brought 144 guests (47 female, 97 male) to District 1 Police headquarters for drug testing, discovered 12 people (male) positive for drugs.

District 1 police also inspected the HO-ME cafe restaurant (58 Nguyen Cong Tru, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward) and discovered that the establishment was operating entertainment services past hours; trading in goods of unknown origin; and trading in restricted chemicals in the industrial sector without a license.

22 cases (19 men, 3 women) were taken to the ward police station for drug testing, the results were positive for 2 people (men). The police temporarily detained 3 more N20 gas cylinders and 5 shisha pipes.

Many people were taken to the police station for further examination and handling according to regulations.

The authorities continued to inspect LEO Restaurant Company Limited (87A Ham Nghi, Nguyen Thai Binh Ward), on floors 13-14, the police discovered and brought 88 people (44 men, 44 women) to the headquarters for inspection.

The result was that a male employee tested positive for morphine. During the investigation, he confessed that he had taken cold medicine. The inspection team temporarily seized 3 laughing gas cylinders, 8 shisha cylinders, 1 case of shisha tobacco, and 38 bottles of various foreign wines.

Currently, District 1 Police are consolidating records and handling violations of related individuals and organizations according to regulations.
