Kinhtedothi - On the afternoon of February 13, Politburo member, Secretary of the City Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Head of the National Assembly delegation of Hanoi City chaired the Conference to announce the decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on personnel work at the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee.
Attending the conference were Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Sy Thanh; Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Phong; Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Council Nguyen Ngoc Tuan; Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the City Nguyen Lan Huong and other members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.
Pursuant to Decision No. 8169-QD/TU dated February 10, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee assigned comrade Do Anh Tuan (born October 25, 1971) - Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission to hold the position of Head of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission.
Presenting the decision to comrade Do Anh Tuan, Secretary of the City Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai assessed that comrade Do Anh Tuan is a well-trained cadre, has a strong political stance, good moral qualities; is a cadre who has been trained and matured through many working environments. He has held many leadership positions, as a district secretary; and a department director. In any working position, he always completes his tasks well and excellently.
In particular, from November 2022 to present, in his capacity as a member of the City Party Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, he has been active and proactive with the collective leadership of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission to advise the Standing Committee on directing the effective implementation of the task of mobilizing and motivating people of all walks of life to implement the Party's guidelines and policies and laws of the State. Thereby, consolidating the great national unity bloc, creating social consensus; directing the construction of many "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models, contributing to the socio-economic development of the Capital.
With the experience, courage and qualities that she has, Secretary of the City Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai believes that in her new position, Comrade Do Anh Tuan will continue to promote her strengths and quickly approach the new field of work. Promoting the role of the leader together with the collective of the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, she will perform well the functions of the City Party Committee's advisory body and the standing body of the City's Steering Committee for the Prevention and Control of Corruption, Wastefulness and Negativity, leading the agency to successfully complete its tasks in 2025, focusing on coordinating and advising on the implementation of the Central Committee's policy on promoting the prevention and control of corruption, waste and negativity; streamlining the organization of the City's political system; organizing Party Congresses at all levels towards the 18th City Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
On this occasion, Secretary of the City Party Committee Bui Thi Minh Hoai requested that Party committees, agencies, units, levels and sectors of the city, especially the City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, shared responsibility, create all favorable conditions with comrade Do Anh Tuan to successfully complete the assigned tasks, contributing to the overall development of the city.
Speaking on receiving the assignment, Comrade Do Anh Tuan respectfully thanked the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee for entrusting him with the assignment; he promised to strive to cultivate, train, and complete the assigned tasks. At the same time, he hoped that the Secretary of the City Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, and the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee would pay attention, guide, and create favorable conditions for him and the entire Internal Affairs Committee to complete the tasks in the coming time.
