Hanoi allocates land to build rural residential area in Soc Son district

Accordingly, Hanoi City assigned the People's Committee of Soc Son district 6,120.1 square meters of land in Viet Long commune to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for a rural residential area in Tang Long village, Viet Long commune.

The location, boundary, and area of ​​the land are determined in the adjusted Master Plan Map at a scale of 1/500 approved by the People's Committee of Soc Son district; The coordinate map of the boundary markers was handed over by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment (formerly) on December 4, 2023.

In the total area of ​​6,120.1m2 of land, there are 825.6m2 of green land; 5,294.5m2 of traffic land. Form of land allocation: The State allocates land without collecting land use fees.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to be responsible for determining the boundary and handing over the land on the field.
