In addition, we will actively support processing and exporting enterprises in the province to increase investment in technology and equipment innovation and expand production scale, in order to improve quality, increase value and competitiveness for the province's exports. In particular, we will encourage enterprises to diversify import markets, avoiding dependence on raw materials in one market. We will focus on purchasing and processing export products that the province has potential for such as: shrimp, rice, salt, etc.

Along with that, the implementation progress of the Bac Lieu high-tech agricultural zone project for shrimp development and high-tech shrimp farming areas in the province will be accelerated, ensuring requirements and quality, meeting raw materials for seafood processing for export. Because currently, the export sector is mainly carried out through official export methods, it is necessary to have raw material areas that meet regulations on origin, geographical indications, environmental protection, food hygiene and safety, packaging and labels...

At the same time, focus on promoting investment in building large-scale, high-quality rice processing facilities for export in the districts of Hong Dan, Vinh Loi, Phuoc Long, Hoa Binh and Gia Rai town on a closed scale from investment in production to purchasing, processing, preservation, and export, along with implementing solutions to remove difficulties for enterprises in production and business.

On the other hand, trade promotion activities will be promoted to support businesses in finding and expanding markets for goods consumption and expanding markets for goods exports (focusing on exporting shrimp, rice, salt, etc.). Strengthening market management, coordinating with relevant agencies to promptly inspect and handle acts of buying and selling counterfeit goods, poor quality goods and trade fraud, affecting production and quality of raw materials for export processing. Resolutely preventing and thoroughly preventing acts of injecting impurities into raw shrimp, violations of prices in raw material purchasing and ensuring food hygiene and safety, contributing to increasing the province's export turnover in 2025...
