On the morning of January 26, the People's Committee of Bac Hong Ward (Hong Linh Town) solemnly held a ceremony to receive the provincial-level historical-cultural relic ranking certificate for Binh Lang Temple.
Binh Lang Temple is an ancient historical and cultural relic, dating back a long time as well as having cultural value and revolutionary tradition. The temple worships Uy Minh Vuong Ly Nhat Quang (995 - 1057) - the 8th son of King Ly Thai To, a historical figure who made many contributions to the land of Hoan Chau in particular (Nghe An, Ha Tinh today ) and the whole country in general. He was quick-witted, both literary and martial, intelligent and virtuous.

In 1039, he was sent by his brother, King Ly Thai Tong, to Nghe An to collect taxes. In 1041, he was appointed Tri Chau Nghe An - Title Uy Minh Hau, then promoted to the title of King.
