Typical businesses have happy human resources

Initiated in 2013, Anphabe’s “Vietnam’s Best Places to Work” Awards have quickly become one of the most prestigious and reputable annual programs. This year, Aphabe surveyed 63,878 employees from 18 industry groups and 9,638 students from 113 universities nationwide to find promising businesses for the rankings.

Along with the award “Top 15 Outstanding Enterprises with Happy Human Resources”, TNG Holdings Vietnam is also named in the “Top 50 Best Places to Work in Vietnam” with the highest ranking in the real estate sector and second in the tourism - resort sector (medium enterprises).

Ms. Cao Thi Van Anh, Human Resources Director of TNG Holdings Vietnam, received the award "Best Workplace in Vietnam 2023".

Sowing the seeds of happiness in the workplace

During the 27-year journey of formation and development, the Board of Directors of TNG Holdings Vietnam clearly identified that: only when employees are happy, the business will be sustainable. Therefore, TNG Holdings Vietnam has strived to build the business into a second "home" of happiness for its employees.

In addition to worthy welfare and compensation policies, TNG Holdings Vietnam invests heavily in corporate culture, turning culture into a true "land" for the seeds of happiness to sprout.

Cultural activities during the year are planned by TNG Holdings Vietnam into 3 major touchpoints: TNG GenZ Business Conference, TNGMei Traditional Festival and TNG Share Community Activities. At each of those touchpoints, each TNGer finds joy, value and pride for themselves.

If TNG GenZ affirms the achievements and efforts of individuals and groups in a year of hard work, TNGMei is the place to affirm the colors and solidarity of groups and individuals. Studying together, striving in work; practicing together, competing together and shining in cultural activities, connecting people in the North and the South, from the age of U60 to GenZ into a unified block, speaking the same language to move towards a common goal.

The close connection between workers and the community and society is also continuously strengthened through a series of meaningful TNG Share activities. TNG people have sent love together through activities such as: building and repairing schools; building green libraries; awarding scholarships to students; building houses for the poor; giving Tet gifts; providing flood relief; supporting epidemic areas and hospitals; activities to return to the source and repay gratitude...

Along with cultural touches, TNG Holdings Vietnam also applies many new initiatives and ideas to create joy and connection for the team.

As in 2023, TNG people enthusiastically participated in training during Health Month, donated books, read books and shared knowledge together during Learning and Sharing Month... Departments also enhanced emotional connections during Happy Hour every Friday.

TNG Holdings Vietnam Training Center has designed 4 special practical training courses to help the Group's mid- and senior leaders break their own limits, increase interaction and "inspire" their teams.

Thanks to that, TNG Holdings Vietnam has surpassed the list of 109 enterprises surveyed by Anphabe and was honored to be in the "Top 15 Typical Enterprises with Happy Human Resources". "The Land of Happiness" TNG also received high appreciation from employees in the market to be in the "Top 50 Best Places to Work in Vietnam".

Invest in employee experience
