Opening of the book stacking and dramatization contest of literary works in schools

ĐNO - On the morning of April 19, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and respond to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21), at APEC Park, the Center for Culture - Sports and the Department of Education and Training of Hai Chau district opened a book stacking and dramatization contest of literary works in schools.

The book stacking competition has 11 teams from secondary schools in the district with many different topics such as praising Da Nang city, islands, homeland... Through the book stacking model, students can express many rich and creative ideas in decoration and shaping. The book stacking models will be exhibited from April 19 to 27, accompanying the Da Nang Reading Culture Festival 2025.

Regarding the competition of dramatizing literary works in schools, the performances of 19 units from primary schools were carefully invested in choreography and staging. This was not only an exciting learning activity but also an opportunity for students to demonstrate their acting talent, rich imagination, teamwork ability and confidence in front of a crowd.

“Literature is the key to opening the world of the soul, nurturing dreams, awakening love and compassion in each person. Stories and moral lessons in literary works not only help children develop language but also form beautiful personalities and emotions. Let's make reading an indispensable part of daily life, so that every day is a day of books and reading culture for us,” emphasized Mr. Tran Van Manh, Director of the Hai Chau District Culture and Sports Center.
