Also attending the ceremony were Hai Duong Provincial Party Secretary Tran Duc Thang, Permanent Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Vu, Deputy Head of the Government Office Mai Thi Thu Van, and Japanese Ambassador to Vietnam Ito Naoki.

AEON Hai Duong Shopping Center is one of 80 projects and works simultaneously started and inaugurated nationwide on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

Aeon Hai Duong Commercial Center is built in Thach Khoi ward and Lien Hong commune (Hai Duong city), in the area east of Vo Nguyen Giap avenue.

This is the first medium-sized community shopping center developed by AEON Vietnam in the northern region, with a total floor area of ​​about 3.6 hectares, and a total investment of about VND 1,180 billion.

AEON Hai Duong Shopping Center is expected to come into operation in 2026, not only contributing to promoting local economic development but also creating about 1,000 new job opportunities, contributing to the consumption of high-quality products of Hai Duong province and actively contributing to the sustainable development of the region.
