At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa, General Director of FPT Corporation emphasized the importance of digital transformation in socio-economic development and hoped that Thai Binh would create conditions for FPT to invest in the education sector.
Specifically, FPT proposed that the province introduce land plots of about 5 hectares to build the FPT education complex and land plots of 7,000 - 10,000 m2 to develop the Thai Binh Minischool system.

In addition, FPT hopes to apply the best incentive policies for education, and at the same time propose that the province prioritize the completion of technical infrastructure connecting the project and support site clearance to ensure implementation progress.
Along with investing in education, FPT also proposed to cooperate closely with Thai Binh in the field of digital transformation, focusing on three main pillars: digital government, digital economy and digital society. The parties exchanged and discussed to find the most optimal cooperation plan.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized: Thai Binh is focusing on attracting investment in the Economic Zone and industrial parks and clusters, therefore, the demand for human resources, especially high-quality human resources, is increasing. Therefore, the province identifies the development of education, especially general education and vocational training as one of the top priorities.

In order to realize FPT’s proposals, the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee assigned the Department of Education and Training to coordinate with relevant departments and branches to survey, research and advise the province on the implementation plan. At the same time, the Department of Science and Technology of Thai Binh will work with FPT to propose digital transformation development solutions suitable to the actual situation of the locality.
With the determination of both sides, the cooperation between FPT and Thai Binh province in the field of education and digital transformation promises to create important steps forward, contributing to improving the quality of education and modernizing the local economy.
