Continuing the mid-term review conference program to implement the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, on the afternoon of August 28, Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee discussed solutions to successfully implement the goals and targets of the term and closed the conference.

In the morning agenda, the conference listened to the mid-term review report on the implementation of the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress. In the afternoon conference program, delegates continued to analyze the achieved results, pointed out some limitations in the implementation of targets and tasks from the beginning of the term until now; at the same time, proposed many solutions to achieve and exceed the targets set by the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress.

Regarding socio-economic development, delegates suggested that the province tighten State management of industrial clusters; review and revoke slow-to-implement projects according to regulations; strengthen natural resource and environmental management; pay attention to supporting resources to implement new rural construction criteria; promote investment attraction in Vung Ang Economic Zone; actively implement digital transformation; prioritize solutions to create jobs...

Concluding the conference, Provincial Party Secretary Hoang Trung Dung assessed the results achieved in the first half of the term; at the same time shared lessons learned, existing content, and limitations in implementing tasks in the past time.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested localities and units to focus on implementing the criteria of a new rural province in conjunction with building civilized urban areas; re-evaluate organic and circular agricultural models, develop agricultural products for export; accompany and remove difficulties for businesses, focus on attracting investment; focus on exploiting potentials and advantages to develop tourism and services.

Continue to focus on rectifying discipline among cadres, civil servants and public employees; effectively implement the Provincial Party Committee's resolutions on administrative reform and digital transformation. Continue to effectively implement social security work; strive to build 6,000 solid houses for people by the end of 2025.

Regarding Party building work, the Provincial Party Secretary requested Party committees at all levels to closely follow and strictly implement the policies, regulations and rules issued by the Central and the province; continue to effectively implement the Provincial Party Committee's resolutions and regulations on personnel work, review and plan cadres to prepare for the new term; pay attention to improving the quality of activities and quality of Party life in grassroots Party committees and Party cells; further promote the combined strength in mass mobilization work of the entire political system; improve the effectiveness of supervision and criticism of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations; regularly do a good job of dialogue with the people.
