Previously , the Seongdong district delegation visited Tuy Hoa-Seongdong Friendship Kindergarten and planted a memorial tree at Ho Son Park.
Tuy Hoa - Seongdong Friendship Kindergarten was established and put into operation in 2014, this is a symbol of friendship between Seongdong district and Tuy Hoa city. Over the past 10 years, thanks to the attention of Tuy Hoa City People's Committee and Seongdong District, the school's facilities have been invested in with 2 classrooms, 2 toilets, and a spacious and airy school yard.

From 1 classroom with 2 teachers, 1 security guard and 20 students, the school has now developed 2 classrooms, 4 teachers, 1 security guard and 40 students. Currently, the school affirms its position in the general preschool education system of Tuy Hoa City. Here, the Seongdong District delegation presented some gifts to the children and 80 million VND to the school's operating fund.
On February 25, Tuy Hoa City People's Committee continued to take the delegation to visit Hong Ngoc Seafood Company Limited in Hoa Hiep Industrial Park (Dong Hoa Town).
