Government delegation works with Da Nang city to remove difficulties and obstacles for projects and land

ĐNO - On the morning of January 16, the Government's working delegation led by Politburo member and Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh worked with Da Nang city on the implementation of Decision No. 93/QD-TTg dated September 12, 2024 of the Prime Minister promulgating the plan to implement Conclusion No. 77-KL/TW dated May 2, 2024 of the Politburo on the Project "Plan to remove difficulties and obstacles related to projects and land in inspection, examination and judgment conclusions in a number of provinces and cities" and to resolve a number of difficulties and obstacles of projects in Da Nang city.

Attending the working session, on behalf of the Government delegation, there were also Deputy Head of the Government Office Mai Thi Thu Van, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Van Du; Lieutenant General Pham The Hung, Deputy Minister of Public Security; Deputy Inspector General of the Government Bui Ngoc Lam and leaders of central ministries and branches.

On the side of Da Nang city, there were Central Party Committee member, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Da Nang city Nguyen Van Quang; Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh; Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Ho Ky Minh.

Reporting at the meeting, Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Trung Chinh informed that in 2024, the city achieved important results in socio-economic development. Accordingly, the GRDP growth rate was 7.51%, budget revenue reached 141% compared to the estimate, the disbursement rate of public investment capital reached more than 95% (striving for the disbursement rate to reach 100% compared to the estimate assigned by the Central Government by January 31, 2025)... Social security was ensured, national defense and security were maintained.

The city has removed many difficulties and obstacles for businesses; implemented the Central's guidelines, orientations, mechanisms and policies such as: Conclusion No. 79-KL/TW, Conclusion No. 77-KL/TW of the Politburo; Resolution No. 136/2024/QH15 of the National Assembly... and up to this point has achieved a number of important results.

In particular, the directions of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh were implemented promptly and effectively by the city.

The city is actively coordinating with central ministries and branches to complete the Project to establish the Da Nang Free Trade Zone and the Project to establish the Regional Financial Center.

The City People's Council has issued 12 resolutions to implement Resolution No. 136/2024/QH15, the remaining resolutions will be issued in the first quarter of 2025.

Regarding the implementation of Conclusion No. 77-KL/TW of the Politburo, the city has established 3 working groups to focus on deployment and implementation, including tasks under the city's authority.

In the coming time, the city will continue to implement the Central's instructions and policies, especially deploying and implementing the 2025 working theme of the Government and the city, striving to exceed the set targets, specifically: GRDP growth of more than 10%, State budget revenue reaching 30,000 billion VND...

The city also focuses on implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; implementing a project on eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses...

The city also carries out activities to celebrate major national and city holidays; organizes Party congresses at all levels; consolidates and reorganizes the apparatus of administrative units...
