Mobilizing and rotating 5 principals in Kinh Mon and Kim Thanh

Of these, there are 2 principals who are subject to rotation, including: teacher Dao Van Duc, Principal of Kim Thanh II High School, who was rotated to become Principal of Dong Gia High School (Kim Thanh); teacher Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, Principal of Nhi Chieu High School (Kinh Mon) who was rotated to become Principal of Kinh Mon II High School.

There are 3 principals subject to transfer, including: teacher Than Thi Cham, Principal of Kinh Mon II High School, transferred to become Principal of Kinh Mon High School; teacher Nguyen Manh Lan, Principal of Kinh Mon High School, transferred to become Principal of Nhi Chieu High School; teacher Pham Van Ha, Principal of Dong Gia High School (Kim Thanh) transferred to become Principal of Kim Thanh II High School.

This is the first rotation and transfer of principals of public high schools under the Department of Education and Training in 2024. It is expected that in the coming time, principals of public high schools under the Department will be rotated and transferred in Hai Duong city, Thanh Mien and Cam Giang districts.

This decision on personnel work is to implement Regulation No. 646-QD/TU dated January 1, 2023 of the Standing Committee of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee on personnel rotation. Principals of public high schools under the Hai Duong Department of Education and Training shall not hold a position for more than 2 consecutive terms (8 years) at the same unit.
