Adjusting the progress of housing construction project in QNK I urban area

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee agreed to extend the progress of the investment project to build housing in the QNK I urban area in Dien Nam - Dien Ngoc New Urban Area until the end of the fourth quarter of 2025 to complete the entire project, accept and hand over the project for exploitation and use as requested by the Department of Planning and Investment.

This adjustment is to facilitate the investor to implement the next documents and procedures, invest in construction to complete the entire project, accept, put into use, promote investment efficiency or review and adjust the legal documents of the project to ensure the conditions for acceptance, putting into use, and early completion of the project.

The Provincial People's Committee requested QNK Quang Nam Investment Joint Stock Company to work with Dien Ban Town People's Committee to review and evaluate the ability to carry out compensation and site clearance for the remaining area.

Urgently implement the next procedures of the project to ensure compliance with the law on construction, housing, real estate business and other relevant laws; take full responsibility before the law for any violations in project investment, construction and real estate business at the project.

Prepare detailed project progress (including compensation and site clearance progress; project investment and construction progress and capital allocation plan) and send it to the Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Construction, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and Dien Ban Town People's Committee as a basis for progress management and monitoring of project implementation according to regulations.

The Provincial People's Committee also assigned the People's Committee of Dien Ban town to urgently direct relevant agencies and localities to coordinate with the investor to focus on accelerating progress, resolving problems in compensation and site clearance, and urging the investor to accelerate construction progress to ensure compliance with the approved planning and ensure the progress time adjusted by the Provincial People's Committee, effectively promoting the project's objectives.

In case the compensation and clearance of the remaining area cannot be completed; the locality shall coordinate and request the investor to review and prepare documents and procedures to propose a handling plan according to the plans in Plan No. 1892 dated March 19, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee to complete the project and not prolong it.
