(Quang Binh Portal) - As of April 2, 2025, Quang Binh is leading the People and Business Service Index rankings with 85.72 points. This information is assessed online daily by the National Public Service Portal based on prescribed criteria.

In recent times, the work of administrative reform (AR), improving the investment and business environment, and enhancing the province's competitiveness has been closely led and directed by the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee. These efforts have helped create mechanisms and support policies, and remove difficulties and obstacles for people and businesses.

One of the first and important steps is to simplify administrative procedures (AP). The province has reviewed and significantly reduced the number of procedures, while shortening the time to process documents, helping people and businesses save time and costs. In addition, departments, branches, and localities also ensure that 100% of AP files are processed on time, fully updating the progress and results of file processing on the Provincial Public Service Portal. Relevant units focus on reviewing, restructuring, and perfecting the entire business process of online public services provided, aiming to facilitate people. In particular, in 2025, the province will study cutting 30% of unnecessary procedures and processing time for administrative procedures, providing maximum support for businesses and investors, aiming to achieve a minimum economic growth of 8%.
